SIENA VILLAGE PARKING RULES

The parking rules for Siena Village Condominium are strictly enforced.

The parking procedures as outlined in the Resident Handbook are as follows:
“Only non-commercial automobiles, mini vans and motorcycles may be parked on the premises. This policy prohibits pick-up trucks, recreational vehicles (RV), boats, campers and trailers. No unregistered vehicle may be parked anywhere on the premises. (Reference is made to State registration). Vehicles should be parked head in to avoid sending fumes into units. This also prevents vehicles overhanging on the lawns, shrubs or sidewalks.”

VISITOR PARKING SPACES are marked, and for visitor parking only. Unit Owners must park in their assigned parking space, not the visitor spaces. Other permitted parking areas are marked on the map as shown on the next page.

All visitors parked overnight in spaces marked “Visitor” must display a “Visitor Parking Permit” in the front window. Temporary parking is intended for short-term use only and is subject to being towed from 1:00 A.M. to 6:00 A.M.

EACH OWNER IS ISSUED TWO VISITOR PARKING PERMITS EVERY YEAR.

YOU SHOULD DISCARD ANY PREVIOUS PERMITS THAT HAVE BEEN ISSUED.

ANY CAR WITHOUT THE CURRENT PERMIT WILL BE TOWED.

OVERNIGHT PARKING is allowed only in spaces marked “Visitor.” There is a limit of 7 days that the same vehicle may be parked overnight in a visitor space. Visitor spaces are intended for short-term guests only. Any visitor that remains at Siena Village 7 days or longer must seek alternative long-term parking arrangements. All numbered spaces are assigned to unit owners and only those unit owners or their designees may use them.

NOTE: The Association hires a towing company to patrol the grounds at random times. There is no prior notice, so please do not park in Fire Lanes or other non-assigned areas. Anyone in violation of any of the provisions of the parking policy is subject to being towed at his or her expense.

Unit Owners can call the Tow Company directly to have a car towed from their assigned space (numbered spaces). Roberts’s Tow Company 617-244-1818

Vehicles may discharge passengers or unload material for short term (15-minute limit) with flashing emergency light in non-designated areas.

All temporary parking areas are to be left clear during snowstorms and snow “clean up.”

NOTE: Owners who rent their units must forward the permits and parking rules to your tenants.
