Our History

Ronald Brown founded R Brown Partners more than forty years ago and we have been the premier consultant to condominium trustees and steadfast administrator for associations in Greater Boston ever since. We primarily manage small to medium sized, elite condominium properties where we enjoy a strong reputation for personalized, professional management service tailored to the individual needs of each association. A
reflection of our top level service is R Brown Partner’s high retention rate of client condominiums over many years.

Jim Sisk

Jim Sisk has been a Senior Property Manager with R Brown Partners since joining the team in 2003. He is well versed in the unique needs of community associations having extensive experience managing multi-site condominiums and overseeing all aspects of the properties including daily operations, building maintenance, budgets and capital projects. Jim’s background and experience allows Trustees to be removed from the day to day minutia of unit owner stresses while maintaining the strong support of unit owners in resolving their individual needs in a constructive way. He is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA)-National Board of Certification for Community Associations. In addition, he has more than thirty years of experience in building construction, renovation and rehabilitation of property. Jim received a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University.

Ronald Brown

Senior Property Manager Ronald Brown is a lifelong resident of the Town of Brookline and has been in the property management field since 1967. Ronald holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and M.S. in Engineering Management. He is a member and a former director of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and a member of the Condominium Associations Institute. He is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA)-National Board of Certification for Community Associations. Ronald is a proud Northeastern University Alumnus.

Regina Sisk

Business Manager Regina Sisk has maintained the office operations at R Brown Partners since 2019. She manages client and vendor relationships, commercial banking services, and the company’s marketing and human resources functions. Regina has an extensive background in customer service, operations management, marketing, and logistics. Prior to her employment with R Brown Partners, her career included management positions with the Polaroid Corporation, Reebok International and Hasbro, Inc. Regina holds both a B.S. in Business Administration and M.B.A. from Bryant University.
